Disclaimer

Renters agree to pay 20% down as a first payment upon contracting for the villa. Owners will send the wire information to the renters for deposit. Remainder of rental will be paid one month before renters occupy the villa.

In case of cancellation, renters will pay owners a percentage of the rental according to the schedule below:

Cancellation 7/8 weeks or more before arrival date	50%
Cancellation 5/6 weeks before arrival date	75%
Cancellation 4 weeks or less before arrival date	100%

Owners responsibilites are that the villa will be cleaned and maintained. Manager will meet renters on the day renters are due. Keys will be provided upon check-in. All taxes, property, gardener services, supplies, electricity and TV cable will be paid by owner.

Renters are responsible for own phone bills and for any damage claims to property over 30 euros. Manager will provide to owner an itemized list of damages, if any.
